WHY IT WORKS
I'm Azizi Marshall.
​
I’m a licensed clinical psychotherapist, SAG-AFTRA actor, and behind-the-scenes "secret weapon" for Executives, Athletes, and Founders and their teams who need to lead in high-pressure, high-visibility situations.

Before that, I worked in inpatient psychiatric units and prison systems, where conflict wasn’t occasional. It was constant.
