PAYMENT AND PURCHASE POLICY. All sales are final. No refunds under any circumstances including scheduling conflicts, change of mind, dissatisfaction with results, or failure to use purchased sessions. By completing your purchase you waive any right to dispute or chargeback charges for services rendered or scheduled.
SESSION PACKAGES AND EXPIRATION. Single Session: Must be completed within 30 days of purchase. 6-Session Package: Must be completed within 6 weeks of first session. 12-Session Package: Must be completed within 3 months of first session. Expiration dates may be adjusted solely at the instructor's discretion. Unused sessions are forfeited without refund. Failure to schedule within the purchased timeframe does not entitle the client to a refund or extension.
SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are forfeited. Repeated cancellations may result in termination without refund. Sessions cancelled by the instructor will be rescheduled.
NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOME. Coaching services are for educational and skill development purposes only and do not constitute therapy or mental health treatment. No guarantee is made regarding booking a role, acceptance into any program, advancement in any audition process, or any specific improvement in performance or skill. Client assumes full responsibility for their own outcomes.
VIDEO, AUDIO, AND LIKENESS RELEASE. By purchasing and participating in sessions you grant Creative Clinical Consulting LLC, Azizi Marshall, and Content Studio Lab a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to record, reproduce, edit, distribute, and display any media captured during sessions for any and all promotional, marketing, sales, and educational purposes across any current or future platform. You will not receive compensation for use of your image, voice, or likeness. You waive the right to inspect or approve finished materials and irrevocably release all parties from any claims arising from this use. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services purchased.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. All coaching materials and methodologies are the sole intellectual property of Azizi Marshall and Creative Clinical Consulting LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
GOVERNING LAW Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of DuPage County, Illinois. Client waives the right to participate in any class action against Creative Clinical Consulting LLC or Azizi Marshall.
