Why these trainings work?
No more "click-it-and-forget-it" trainings that leave you with completion certificates... and the same repeated incidents.
Most required trainings get skimmed, clicked, checked as "complete" and forgotten. Then a REAL moment arrives, and people freeze. Work It Workshops put your people inside realistic scenarios, live, so the right words and actions are already rehearsed when it matters most.
Practice in real time. Short scenarios, acted out safely, with coaching in the moment.
Clinically grounded. Every training is built and led by a Clinically Licensed Psychotherapist and Board-Certified Trainer in Drama Therapy.
Trauma-informed. Content notes, opt-outs, and local resources in every session.
Made for mandatory audiences. The eye-rollers, the phone-checkers, and the person who thinks "this is a waste of time" get invited into the scenes that are built to change behavior.

Required Trainings These Support
Many organizations are required by law or accreditation to train their people. These trainings are built to support those requirements, delivered live so people practice the skills instead of clicking through slides.

Clery Act and VAWA: Colleges that receive federal financial aid must provide sexual assault prevention and bystander intervention programming for all incoming students and new employees, plus ongoing awareness campaigns.
